The Tommy Logistics Center serves as the central supply artery for an extensive retail network. The facility is characterized by exceptionally high daily goods throughput and the relentless, high-speed operation of internal transport machinery and heavy forklifts.
Critical infrastructural points required robust, heavy-duty protection against severe forklift impacts. The most vulnerable areas included receiving docks, bulk storage sectors, high-speed order picking zones, and dispatch corridors. The required safety systems had to be completely reliable and highly visible, all while perfectly accommodating the rapid, non-stop pace of modern logistics operations without creating workflow bottlenecks.

Following a comprehensive spatial risk assessment, Roofas deployed a highly targeted network of flexible industrial polymer bumpers. The installation featured 215 heavy-duty D120/430 protective bollards and over 1,100 meters of PCK Solid D100 single and double profiles. The systems were strategically positioned to shield the facility's core infrastructure while ensuring completely unobstructed vehicular movement and seamless goods manipulation.
The facility achieved a massive structural upgrade, permanently securing walls, automated doorways, concrete corners, and other vulnerable surfaces from daily impact wear. The deployment drastically mitigated the risk of structural damage and unplanned maintenance costs, concurrently improving overall operational safety, workflow fluidity, and spatial visibility within the bustling logistics center.
