The primary risk in this facility involved heavy forklifts and pallet jacks colliding with highly vulnerable structural elements, particularly load-bearing steel columns, walls, exposed corners, racking systems, and industrial doors. The client required a resilient shielding solution capable of withstanding repeated heavy impacts without necessitating frequent structural repairs or causing interruptions to daily logistics operations.
We strategically installed flexible PANELCHOK™ polymer bumpers across the facility's most vulnerable impact zones. The comprehensive deployment included Quadri Column protectors (specifically designed for load-bearing pillars), heavy-duty PCK300 guardrails, and D120/430 impact bollards.
The precise layout of the protection system was customized to align seamlessly with the facility's internal transport vehicle routes and daily logistical workflows, ensuring zero disruption to productivity.
