DC Agro, operating within the prominent OSATINA Group, manages large-scale production, warehousing, and logistics facilities characterized by the intensive, continuous handling of raw materials and finished agricultural products.
Within these highly active internal transport zones, the constant movement of heavy forklifts and pallet jacks created a severe risk of structural collisions. The primary challenge was to comprehensively protect vulnerable infrastructure—such as insulated sandwich panels, industrial doors, critical technical installations, and pedestrian communication routes. Furthermore, the chosen barrier solution had to be exceptionally durable, completely rust-proof, and fully compliant with the strict hygienic and environmental demands of the modern agricultural and food production sector.



We engineered and deployed an expansive network of flexible polymer protection systems covering over 800 linear meters and incorporating 502 individual bumper units. The tailored installation featured more than 200 meters of heavy-duty PCK 300 guardrails, alongside highly resilient PCK D100 single and double bumpers.
Strategically positioned at the highest-risk contact points, these advanced polymer systems dynamically absorb and dissipate impact energy from heavy machinery without sustaining permanent deformation or damaging the concrete sub-floor.
The Result: The facility's critical zones are now equipped with permanent, highly visible protection. This massive deployment has drastically reduced the likelihood of costly infrastructure damage while simultaneously optimizing traffic organization and enhancing overall workplace safety along internal transport routes.
